Gabby and I chose to analyze an ipod commercial instead of a ted talk because it was more colorful and had more movement.

1. This commercial had a lot of different colors that were changing in the back ground. The colors changed with the beat so that is was a smooth transition. The colors also flowed into each other so that it was not as abrupt.
2. The pace was set by the sound that was playing some back ground colors stayed longer than others and some of the people's body colors changed when other times they didn't.
3. The backgrounds were very abstract and had different colors flowing all around along with different colored shapes.
4. a.) the color temperature was over all very warm. The background colors were warm and usually the people's bodies were cool.
b.) Most of the people's body figures were in the center of the screen. There were times when it was split into three sections. At times the sections changed. The background was always all over.
c.) The camera angle changed sometimes because there were close ups and then far away shots some of the angles were even looking up at the people.
d.) The proximity was over all pretty much the same but there was a few times when it was closer or farther away.
e.) The pace was very fast going along with the clip of the song. The figure and back ground were always moving.
f.) There was a contrast between the people figures and the back ground colors. The people were usually darker while the background was warm. The background colors changed and contrasted slightly.
g.) there was some repetition of form and color through out the video even though it did not seem repetitive.
h.) There was a sensitivity to light a little bit but most of the light quality was the same.
