1. Gabby's video maintained continuity through editing. She used images that had similar shapes that felt as if they flowed together even though the images were different. Depending on the sounds playing she changed the images my editing them in imovie so that they changed with the sound that was playing. Each sound had a different effect put on it so you could see the difference in the sounds visually.
2. Gabby set the images at different paces depending on what sound they were matched up with. The sounds that were longer had a longer image that usually had an effect up on it. She set each images in time with the sound it was placed on so that everything was on beat.
3. Gabby abstracted many of the images through out her video. I did not find that any of the images were abstracted to much. Each image that was abstracted differently depending on the sound it was put over. I think it was very affective that no image looked like it repeated the same affect as a previous image.
4. a.) There was a wide range of color temperature through out this video. Some images were darker than other. Gabby even altered some of the images so that they faded to darker colors making the color temperature cooler.
b.) The images that gabby used had similarities so that they flowed together while watching the video. She placed the images that were next we each other well so that they flowed. She also zoomed in and out of some images changing their original composition.
c.) The camera angles changed through out the video depending on the image that was used. Some were taken looking upward while others were close up. The angles of the images changed slightly in each picture.
d.) Most of the images were taken in the same location of Syracuse campus. The proximity changed because some were taken from far away while others were taken up close.
e.) The pacing changed depending on the sound that it was put over.
f.) There was a contrast in images and especially in color. Depending on the contrast in sound depended how big the contrast in images was.
g.) There was repetition of the images there were used. You could tell that the same images were used but they were usually altered differently so it wasn't the same image exactly.
h.) Gabby changed the light quality more than they already were as an alteration to some of the images.
